A bag is considered a 13-gallon garbage bag full of clothes. This is usually equal to about 2-3 loads of laundry. Most customers leave their laundry for pickup in 13-gallon garbage bags. However, you can leave your laundry in the hamper as well! Just note that one basket might be considered 2 bags if it is a larger basket. If you have any questions about this, feel free to reach out!

Our standard service includes free pickup and delivery, careful wash and dry, with precise folding. We offer add-on services if you would like extras such as scent beads or fabric softener.

No! We separate each load before washing to prevent colors from bleeding onto your lights.

We always wash clothes in cold water unless requested otherwise.

Yes! We are happy to wash larger items for you. Please note that these would be considered oversized items when booking your service.

We do not accept shoes, suits that require dry cleaning, or large area rugs. If you are unsure about an item that needs washed, feel free to reach out and we would be happy to confirm.
